Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User/Student/Parent/Guardian”) and Exa Knowva, an educational and assessment platform operated by Shivexa, a Government Udyam-Registered entity.

By accessing, enrolling, or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

Exa Knowva provides previous year papers, mock exams, secure assessments, and scholarship-based opportunities to support genuine talent. These Terms ensure transparency, fairness, and responsible use of the platform.

Eligibility

Enrollment is voluntary and open to all students meeting program requirements.

Students below 15 years may enroll only with verified parental/guardian consent.

Users must provide correct and verifiable information. Providing false details may lead to suspension, disqualification, or legal action.

Enrollment & Registration

Previous year question papers are provided free of cost without ads or hidden charges.

Participation in live tests requires enrollment before the deadline.

A nominal fee may apply to certain test categories; it is used strictly for test maintenance, security, identity checks, and scholarship processing.

Late registrations are not accepted after enrollment closes.

Users must keep their login credentials confidential.

Test Guidelines & Code of Conduct

Users must follow strict academic integrity rules:

Tests must be attempted within scheduled timelines.

Excessive tab switching may cause auto-submission or disqualification.

Screen recording, screenshots, AI tools, or unauthorized apps are prohibited.

Camera/microphone (if enabled) must remain active.

Students above 15 must attempt without assistance.

AI monitoring and human proctoring may be used for security.

Any violation eliminates eligibility for certificates, scholarships, refunds, or future programs.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds follow the same rules as stated in the Privacy Policy:

Refunds are allowed ONLY if:

The test has NOT been attempted.

A technical error (verified by the system) prevented access.

A minor under 15 applies through parental consent.

Refunds NOT allowed for:

Cheating, impersonation, multi-login, device manipulation.

Test already attempted or submitted.

Refund requests must be submitted via official channels. Processing time: 2–7 business days depending on the method.

Certificates, Scholarships & Offers

All scholarships and certificates are strictly performance-based and verified by Shivexa’s academic team.

Offers are discretionary and may change without notice.

Certificates are internal recognitions and not equivalent to government/university certificates.

Participation does not guarantee government or private employment.

Enrollment Fees & Scholarship Disclaimer

Test fees (₹59/₹69/₹99) are strictly for maintaining quality, security, systems, and scoring.

Enrollment fees are NOT related to scholarships or guaranteed rewards.

No representative is allowed to demand money via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or personal messages.

Payments must only be made on the official platform.

Exa Knowva is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized third-party requests.

Participation is fully voluntary.

Data Privacy & Security

User data is collected only for verification and test administration.

All personal data is encrypted; test data auto-deletes within defined periods.

Exa Knowva never sells or shares user data with third parties.

Users are responsible for securing their login details.

Data may be disclosed only if required by law.

Communication Policy

Exa Knowva communicates ONLY through official platform messages and registered emails.

No WhatsApp, random calls, or social media communication is done.

Calls may occur ONLY for unresolved issues or topper confirmations.

Fraudulent communication by third parties is not the responsibility of Exa Knowva.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, content, software, and materials belong to Shivexa.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Exa Knowva is not responsible for:

Internet failure, device issues, or power disruptions.

Fraudulent activities conducted outside official channels.

Claims of guaranteed jobs or admissions.

Participation is voluntary and at the user’s discretion.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate and updated information.

Keep login credentials secure.

Avoid any misuse or harmful activity on the platform.

Follow all integrity and conduct rules strictly.

Share & Earn (Collaboration Program) – Official Policy

All enrollments, transactions, payments, and collaboration activities are processed only through Exa Knowva’s secure automated system.

Payments and bonuses are released only from the official authorized account or through verified email (collab@exaknowva.in).

No external/offline payment or claim will be considered valid.

If payment is credited to your bank, further issues must be taken up with your bank.

Users must provide same-month bank statements for verification (if required).

Incorrect, loan-linked, frozen, or inactive accounts are the user’s responsibility.

Collaboration or payout issues must be reported within 24 hours via help@exaknowva.in.

Early payouts (for approved creators) through internal authorized accounts are valid.

Share & Earn payouts follow system processing only.

Payments & Withdrawals – System Rules

All payments follow system-recorded data only.

No manual adjustments or offline claims accepted.

Minimum withdrawal: ₹10

Withdraw button activates only once the balance reaches ₹10.

Payout Methods:

UPI – processed within 2 working days

Bank Transfer – processed within 2 working days

If issues occur:

Submit a support ticket

Attach bank statement

Verification is done strictly with system records

Modification of Terms

Shivexa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
