Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment on Exa Knowva is entirely voluntary.

We do not guarantee government/private jobs or placements.

A nominal processing fee may be required for test creation, security, and scholarship management.

Students below 15 years may use the platform only with verified parental consent.

Some scholarship programs may require income verification to confirm eligibility.

Use of Services & Assessments

Exa Knowva provides authentic mock tests, practice modules, and scholarship-linked assessments.

All services are strictly for educational and developmental purposes.

We do not guarantee exam success or employment based solely on participation.

Payment & Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only under specific conditions:

Refunds Are Eligible If:

The test has not been attempted or submitted.

A minor (under 15) applies through parental consent.

Verified technical issues (e.g., server failure) interrupt test access.

Refund Guidelines:

Refund requests must be submitted through official email or help section.

Users enrolling on the last day may request refunds until the test period ends.

UPI refunds take 12–48 hours; bank refunds take 2–7 business days.

Refunds are not possible once the test has been submitted.

No refunds for malpractice, impersonation, or misuse of credentials.

Conduct & Integrity Policy

Any malpractice, cheating, impersonation, or multi-login attempts result in immediate disqualification and permanent suspension.

Exa Knowva does not sell, distribute, or reproduce original government question papers.

User data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Communication Policy

Exa Knowva communicates only through official email and the in-platform Help system. We do not contact users via:

Personal phone calls

Social media messages

Official communication is done solely for issue resolution, achievement updates, or verification purposes. Any external messages claiming to represent Exa Knowva/Shivexa are fraudulent.

Scholarships, Certificates & Offers

All scholarships, certificates, and offers are merit-based and subject to verification and availability.

Certificates issued by Exa Knowva/Shivexa are internal recognitions, not government-authorized documents.

Program terms may change without prior notice.

Data Collection, Privacy & Security

We prioritize strict data protection:

Only essential user data is collected for enrollment and test authentication.

Test data is auto-deleted within 30 days.

We do not store or share Aadhaar details, UPI IDs, bank data, or location information.

Data is shared only if legally required by government or judicial authorities.

Enrollment data is deleted after completion; login data is retained for future authentication.

All systems comply with Government of India cybersecurity norms.

Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, users agree that:

Participation is voluntary and does not guarantee jobs or exam success.

Exa Knowva is not responsible for fraudulent offers outside official channels.

We are not liable for external issues such as device failure, poor network, or user-side technical errors.

User Rights & Responsibilities

Performance Review: Content is evaluated for 72 hours; low performance may terminate collaboration.
No Guarantee of Future Collaborations: Each project is independently reviewed.
Payment & Refund Rules: Unsatisfactory performance may lead to settlement adjustments.
Content Removal: Creators must remove content within 24 hours if collaboration ends.
Misconduct: Abuse, threats, or harassment may result in cancellation and legal action.
Acceptance: Beginning collaboration means acceptance of all terms.
